Go to your Dashboard and click on the tab “Bulk”(1).
There are two ways to search emails in bulk – by uploading CSV file or by entering the list manually.
First, create a name for your list (2). Then, if you want to upload the list of persons you want to find emails of, upload your pre-made CSV file that contains three columns (see example on the screenshot above):
Columns in your CSV file should be filled with names and domains of persons you want to find emails of in shown order. When your file is ready, click “Choose file” and locate it on your Computer. Then click the yellow “Upload” button and wait for the email notification when the search is complete.
The other way to bulk find emails is to simply enter the list info for people you want to find email addresses of, as shown on (4), and click “Upload”.
The list you’ve uploaded will be automatically saved on the tab “Lists” in your Dashboard. While in the process, your list will have status: “In process”:
Once your list is ready, you’ll be notified by email and your list status will be changed to “Ready”. By clicking on the name of your list, you’ll be able to see the results of your search.
